
The Mindful Bard breath mantras can be practised at any time of day, whether you’re meditating, waiting in line, trying to fall asleep, pausing while your friend answers her phone, or enjoying a beautiful landscape. They’re mini-meditations based on one of the most fundamental aspects of being: breath. Each pair of words or phrases is to be said silently while breathing in and out (the order of breaths is up to you) so that in the simple process of breathing you can once again feel centered.
