
For achieving stillness and balance, you just can’t beat conscious, deep, long breaths. Mantras are created to help that process by giving your mind something to focus on so that it can escape its continuous prattle. The Mindful Bard breath mantras can be practised at any time of day, whether you’re meditating, waiting in line, trying to fall asleep, pausing while your friend answers their phone, or enjoying a beautiful landscape. Each pair of words of phrases is to be spoken silently while breathing in and out (the order of breaths is up to you) so that in the simple process of breathing you can once again feel centered.
